We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Resort HR Manager to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. The Resort HR Manager will work closely with the resort management team to ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to. They will also be responsible for handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
